Liquid RTV style gasket sealer.
Can be used on cam covers on pushrod Volvos with our HD rubber gasket, or on newer overhead cam RWD Volvo applications where cam cover gaskets bend over the camshaft and have a tendency to leak.

Maximum Oil Resistance RTV Silicone Gasket Maker OEM specified fast curing formula. Temperature range -65f to 500f intermittent. Chemical and vibration resistant.

Additional Technical Information
On newer engines found in FWD and AWD Volvos, special anaerobic sealant is used on the cast aluminum oil pans and valve covers/camshaft carriers. Do not use RTV when doing valve cover, cylinder head, or oil pan work, as RTV cures in a much thicker layer compared to the thin anaerobic sealant. Use Mahle, Elring, or Genuine Volvo anaerobic sealant instead.
