M66 FWD Rebuild Kit, Seals + Bearings - P2 S60 V70 T5 P1 S40 V50 C30 C70

IPD is pleased to announce rebuild kits for M66 manual transmissions. Featuring bearings from SKF and seals from SKF and Corteco, this kit is a great "while you're in there" companion for upgrading to a limited slip differential, replacing a busted shift fork, or even just a teardown/rebuild service if you've got funny noises or ferrous (bearing) metal shavings in your gear oil.

This kit includes bearings for all gearsets, as well as for the differential. It also includes both axle seals and the bellhousing input shaft seal.

Additional Technical Information

We've labeled the gearsets, the bearings, and the bearing cups in the kit per the images below; use these to match bearings to their correct positions.

Bearing 3A (input shaft end bearing) is a 30206 bearing, replacing a Koyo 32007JR/2YD bearing: if you replace this bearing, the included shim maintains the same overall bearing stack height, and this shim should be added to any existing shims under the bearing cup.

The Torx T40 bearing retaining bolts on gearsets 1 and 4 are reverse threaded.
