Clear Code 000 Spray Paint 12oz Aerosol Can
Aftermarket - 105985
Product Description
This automotive grade Dupont Centari Acrylic enamel paint builds nicely and glosses much better than normal spray paints, plus it’s much more durable. Compare our full size 12 oz. cans to the factory 6 oz. can and you’ll see that you get twice as much paint for about half the price or less. Depending on the color, the factory touch-up paint can cost as much as $30 for a 6 oz. can ($5.00 an ounce!).
Your color code is listed on the vehicle data plate mounted in the engine compartment. Matching faded paint or blending large horizontal surfaces is very difficult and best left to a pro. Each 12 oz. can provides approximately 6 sq. ft. (3ft x 2ft) of coverage.
DUE TO SHIPPING CONSTRAINTS, THIS PRODUCT MUST BE SHIPPED BY GROUND ONLY.
Volvo Paint Code Identification & Location
Volvo paint codes are identified using a three digit number. Later model paint codes also include a two digit suffix to identify the type of paint used. In the picture below, 426 is the paint code and 26 refers to the qualities of the paint such as water based, enamel, etc. Certain color codes may be referred to by more than one color name for marketing purposes.
Only the first three digit code are necessary when ordering touch up paint for your Volvo.
To find the paint code located the vehicle product plate as shown in the picture below.
It will be located under the hood near the drivers side inner fender or for earlier models on the strut tower or near the core support.
Later model vehicles like the S40/V50/C30/C70 may have the plate located in the door pillar of the RR door shown in the pictures below.
