Product Description
The AWF8G45 and AWF8G55 transmissions used with Volvo's latest B4, B5 and B6 mild hybrids uses a new ultra-low viscosity ATF, designed to eliminate as much friction and pumping losses within the transmission as possible while still retaining the surface protection properties of the previous AW-1 / Type WS / 3324 fluid.
This Genuine Volvo fluid comes in a 1-liter bottle. When changing transmission fluid, it's critical to follow Volvo / Aisin's procedure for draining and filling (check the level while running, and only after the transmission has reached 50-60 celsius). Make sure to use VIDA to reset your transmission's fluid adaptation counter when you're done!
