Ball Joint Separator Tool
CTA 4013 - 139675
Product Description
Simply remove the nut holding your particular ball joint on and then set this tool in place. The Y shaped piece rests against the far edge mounting point (the boot side of the ball joint) and the other ear against the protruded stud/bolt of the tie rod. From there you tighten down the main bolt in the back. This will start providing even tension against the protruded stud end of the ball joint until it pops free! No hammering required!

Product Fitment Notes & Potential Issues
Note: This tool only opens as wide as 51mm. This will fit many Volvo applications but due to the immense amount of variations between Volvo models and ball joint/ tie rod setups we cannot guarantee this will work for every application. If you are unsure if this tool will work, take a measurement of the job at hand prior to ordering.About CTA

Product Fitment Notes & Potential Issues
Available to Order means the item may not be in our warehouse but is readily available from one or more supplier warehouses. After you order it, we will get it for you ASAP.
Products from major brand names are almost always in stock in the manufacturer’s domestic warehouse. These suppliers have good fill rates, but even if they are out of stock, we may be able to source it from a variety of alternative wholesale sources.
We are at the most a week away from all these warehouses, usually much less. Does that mean we will always have your product available within that window? Honestly, we can't promise that but we’ll do everything we can to get your parts to you in a timely manner.
