Turbo-Back Stainless Steel Sport Exhaust Kit - T6 S60 / V60 / XC60

Volvo has certainly become famous (or infamous) for the refined and civil presentation of their vehicles on the road. No one has ever accused Volvo of being overly brash in traffic. This is all well and good for the family soccer team or grocery hauler but some drivers want to put a little more bark in their bite. A little growl in your exhaust to replace the familiar Volvo “whisper whoosh”, or maybe just a little “road music” for that inner gear-head.

IPD's T6 turboback exhaust kits are beautiful and functional. This 304 stainless system is mandrel bent and hand welded for an impeccable bolt-in fit. The downpipe is 3.5” diameter at the turbocharger, reduces to 3” at the flex joint and ends with dual 2.5” pipes at the twin flange. The system mounts in the stock locations and, using a 150 cell metal catalyst, will cause no errors or malfunctions to seamlessly preserve your civil drive. The note is pleasant on the street and audible from inside the car. You certainly won’t offend the neighbors with this system, but you may just smile a bit more on that morning commute. The marked improvement in throttle response from the decrease in back pressure and faster spool time won’t hurt your feelings either.

For those that prefer, the cat-back can be run with the stock downpipe or vice-versa, which allows you options to your perfect custom ride. The stock exhaust will require cutting for removal but the cat-back is a simple 45 minute install with hand tools. The downpipe will require several hours and the install is for the more advanced shade-tree (a lift is recommended).

*This is a complete, turboback exhaust system. It replaces the full exhaust system from the turbo outlet to the tailpipes. Not CARB certified for sale or use in California.

This exhaust kit is supplied with round slash cut tips which directly match models through 2013. These tips do fit later models but may not completely fill the valance openings. Alternative valances with different openings are available from Volvo for most models if desired.

Product Fitment Notes & Potential Issues

This exhaust system comes complete with round tips and elbows that are adjustable for angle and width. There may be some modification of the rear fascia required if your vehicle was not factory equipped with round tips.
