If you want to enhance the capabilities of your factory audio system, modernize its functions by adding a GROM Audio device.  GROM offers seamless integration for your Volvo factory audio system. The GROM unit replaces your external CD changer with a hidden device that controls multiple functions that you would normally see out of a newer car.  Functionality is constantly evolving for the ever changing smart phone market.  GROM allows the end user to download and update firmware via the GROM website. 

Bluetooth:

Bluetooth offers wireless “Hands Free” integration from your smartphone to your factory audio system allowing you to hear your phone conversation through your audio speakers.  Another great Bluetooth feature is playing any audio from your device through your factory radio wirelessly.  Having an onboard Bluetooth system allows you to stay focused on driving while carrying on a phone conversation. Answering and discarding phone calls is easy using the factory radio and steering wheel controls. After your phone conversation is over, the GROM unit will resume playing any audio file that was interrupted.  

USB:

The GROM unit allows you to play any audio file from up to 6 audio folders/playlists stored on any USB mass storage device. Our kits come complete with the proper USB male to female integration cable.  The cable allows for easy access to interchange audio storage devices. This gives your system the functionality your factory CD changer always wished it had.  USB port accepting any USB stick/drive Android car integration via USB.  iPod, iPhone, iPad car integration via USB MP3 M4A, OGG, FLAC, AAC, WAV music supported
