Adding performance shocks, stiffer springs and wide low-profile tires puts additional stress on the front strut towers. Our strut brace connects both towers reducing movement and flex under high cornering loads.
Our turnbuckle brace features stainless steel base plate and steel bar construction that's powder coated for durability. Featuring counter threaded spherical rod ends to pretension the strut brace and remove chassis flex. This brace allows you to pretension the strut towers and remove any initial chassis flex that can contribute to washy or splashy steering and cornering. For the maximum in chassis rigidity without sacrificing ride quality this type of brace has proven most popular with enthusiast drivers.

Potential Product Fitment Issues
1999 and later models have a different coolant reservoir bracket than 1998 and earlier models. Our brace is a direct fit on all 1998 and earlier models.
Our brace can also be fitted on 1999+ models but will sit atop the factory reservoir bracket as shown below.
