Silicone Turbo Coolant Hose Kit - Blue

Volvo utilizes water cooling on all their turbocharged models. Both the water feed and return for the turbocharger use short sections of flexible rubber which fail over time just like radiator hoses. Our upgraded silicone replacement hoses will outlast the factory rubber pieces and look great to boot!

Please note that install of our upgraded silicone hoses can sometimes be challenging, especially on the bent hose closest to the turbocharger. Access is limited and silicone doesn't stretch as much as rubber. Clean surfaces and even a touch of lubricant on the connections can ease install.

Product Fitment Notes & Potential Issues

The water return hose in our kit is a direct fit for models up to and including 1998. This hose changed slightly from the factory starting in the 1999 model year. Our upgraded silicone hose in this kit will work fine on 1999+ models but can be slightly trimmed on the smaller diameter end to fit cleaner.
