One of the more common inquiries we get about brake pads on Volvos is, "How do I get rid of the dust?" While you'll never eliminate brake dust completely, Akebono EURO ceramic pads offer a great solution to the excessive dusting of Volvo OEM brake pads. 

With many pads, moving to a denser material like ceramic can be prone to brake squeal, poor cold pad performance and other trade offs. We've installed Akebono EURO pad sets on several Volvos and have been more than pleased with the results. Good cold performance, great resistance to brake fade and best of all -- almost no brake dust on the wheels!

This brake pad is for rotors that are ~328mm in diameter and have a ~75mm wide braking friction surface.
This pad is used on cars with two piston front brake calipers.
